GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Three people were injured in a crash involving a Guilford County ambulance Saturday afternoon, according to Guilford County EMS.
At around 1:26 p.m., an ambulance was responding to an emergency call and operating with lights and sirens when it was involved in a crash. The ambulance did not have a patient on board at the time.
