Novant Health celebrated a significant milestone in the construction of its future hospital on Patewood Drive, as construction teams and health system leaders gathered for a traditional topping out ceremony.
The event marked the placement of the final structural steel beam atop the facility, a longstanding construction tradition symbolizing progress, safety and the collective effort of everyone helping bring the project to life. Before the beam was lifted into place, team members from Novant Health, Vannoy Construction, Meadows and Ohly and project partners signed the beam in recognition of their contributions to the project.
