GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A man has been arrested in a 40-year-old cold case out of Greenville County.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said the Cold Case Unit arrested and charged 64-year-old Ronnie Lee Williams in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Chelsie Yvonne Moss.
According to the sheriff’s office, Moss’ body was found in the woods off Fair Street and Kerns Avenue in Greenville on April 7, 1986. Her death was ruled a homicide by blunt force trauma after foul play was suspected.
