Solicitor: Upstate man sentenced after traffic stop leads to discovery of over 400 grams of meth

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A Greenville County man has been sentenced for trafficking meth, according to the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor.

The solicitor said 39-year-old Kenneth Benjamin Barnett was convicted by a Greenville County jury of trafficking methamphetamine in a quantity over 400 grams on Tuesday.

Barnett was sentenced to serve 28 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections, according to the solicitor.
