Senior Managing Director Caleb Troop, Director Thomas Colaiezzi, and Associate Directors Matt Robertson and Drew Kwiatkowski of Berkadia Charlotte led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Omaha-based Momentum Housing. The buyer is Charleston-based Matheson Capital.
