GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Plaintiffs in the Greenville County budget lawsuit have reached a settlement, ending contested budget practices.
The lawsuit challenged the county’s biennial budget process and its compliance with the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act. The settlement requires Greenville County to cease using the biennial budget system.
