PICKENS, S.C. (WSPA) – Crews are working to repair a broken water main which caused service disruptions and created a sink hole in Pickens.
According to a social media post by the City of Pickens, a major water main broke Sunday morning and caused a sink hole on Acker Road near Anmed Cannon Hospital. A photo shared by the city shows a truck was damaged by the sink hole.
The broken water main also caused a loss of water pressure to some in the area. The city said the water pressure is expected to restored Sunday afternoon…
