MONROE – The Monroe Police Department has identified the suspect wanted in connection with the June 24 snatch-and-grab at the Kay Jewelers at 3039 W. U.S. 74.
Following the release of surveillance images to the public, investigators identified the suspect as Jawaun Tylik Ray, 25, of Greenville, South Carolina.
Warrants have been issued charging Ray with common law robbery. Investigators have also learned that Ray is wanted in South Carolina on similar charges…
