As Spartanburg’s Mary Black Rail Trail has grown in popularity, businesses have grown up along or near the path: the Fretwell coffee shop and eatery, Hub City Gym, Flock Shop and others.
A collection new retail and restaurant establishments will bring additional choices for trail visitors.
