LANDRUM—On Saturday at the Landrum Farmers Market, Joanna Bright presented her handmade jewelry at her Bright Farms table, while her sister, Abby, and friend, Julia Van Delinder, entertained visitors with live music out front. Shoppers enjoyed browsing through the selection of fruits, vegetables, and unique crafts, while the music added a lively atmosphere to the market experience.
Joanna, who has been selling jewelry at the market for three years, uses it as a platform to connect with the community. “I love being here and sharing my creations,” she said. “It’s a great way to meet new people and develop steady customers.” Her table features freshly picked blueberries along with an array of colorful necklaces, bracelets, and dog bandanas.

Abby and Julia set up their musical performance outside the market, inviting passersby to stop and enjoy their set. Abby, who at times supports Joanna by helping at her table, relished the opportunity to perform, playing both keyboard and guitar. “It’s so much fun to play music here and connect with everyone,” Abby explained.
