A Heat Advisory is in effect for the Upstate and northeast Georgia from 11 a.m. Saturday through 8 p.m. Temperatures will push into the low to mid 90s with feels-like temperatures in the triple digits.
Rain chances will be limited through the day. There will be some storms that pop up, and those that do could have severe potential. Strong winds and small hail will be possible as well as heavy downpours.
Rain will still be very limited Sunday and into the work week. Every now and then a few small storms may develop each afternoon. Temperatures are not cooling down, as it may even heat up more in the coming days…
