SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A crash early Friday morning on Interstate 85 South has resulted in two fatalities in Spartanburg County.
The SC Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal wrong-way crash near Exit 63—SC 290 in Duncan that had all lanes blocked for hours, backing traffic up for miles since 3:30 a.m.
All lanes reopened over four hours later, around 8 a.m.
