SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A wrong-way crash on I-85 in Spartanburg County resulted in two fatalities early Friday morning.
South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) said the fatal crash happened just before 3:30 a.m. near exit 63—SC 290 near Duncan.
