Duke Energy reports thousands without power across Upstate as severe weather hits

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Duke Energy is reporting thousands of outages across the Upstate on Sunday.

As of 4:55 p.m., the largest power outages are at the following counties:

Greenville: 2,261 customers without power. Estimated time of restoration currently being assessed.
Pickens: 191 customers without power. Estimated time of restoration currently being assessed.
Spartanburg: 1,367 customers without power. Estimated time of restoration is 11 p.m. on Sunday.
Cherokee: 3,910 customers without power. Estimated time of restoration currently being assessed.
Anderson: 518 customers without power. Estimated time of restoration currently being assessed.
