LYMAN, S.C. (WSPA) – The Town of Lyman has implemented new regulations for door-to-door solicitors, establishing strict time limits and prohibiting Sunday solicitation entirely.
Under the revised ordinance, which became effective Monday, individuals selling goods or services door-to-door are prohibited from knocking on residential doors before 9 a.m. or after 6 p.m.
