GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) — Developers have broken ground on the Bolden Street District, a 92-acre mixed-use development along Laurens Road in Greenville.
Greenville City Council members said the development fits into the city’s 2040 plan to accommodate population growth. The site is designed to be bike- and pedestrian-friendly, featuring direct access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
