South Carolina Felon With Pittsburgh Steelers Plate Frame Facing DUI, Gun Charges In Polk County

A 36-year-old South Carolina man faces multiple charges, including driving under the influence and weapons offenses, following an early morning traffic stop in Davenport on Thursday.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Donald Kenneth Happe II, of Taylors, South Carolina, around 2:34 a.m. along US 27 near Hunt Brothers Road.

According to authorities, a deputy pulled over Happe’s maroon Honda Odyssey after clocking the vehicle above the posted speed limit and observing it switch lanes without a turn signal.
