GREENVILLE, S.C. (Diya TV) — Actress Hayden Panettiere died from an accidental overdose involving fentanyl and other drugs, the Greenville County Coroner’s Office concluded, updating its initial findings after her Aug. 16 death.
Panettiere, thirty-six, was found unresponsive at a Greenville residence where she was temporarily staying. Emergency responders received a call reporting cardiac arrest and attempted lifesaving measures. Officials pronounced her dead that afternoon.
The coroner’s office announced the cause of death Sept. 22, citing the combined toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine. An autopsy found no trauma that contributed to her death…
