Seattle Builder Brings 50 Luxury Homes to Pebble Creek, Prices Top $1.3 Million

A homebuilder from Seattle is putting down roots in northern Greenville County, building more than 50 single-family homes across two new subdivisions near Pebble Creek Golf Course. The company, Greencity Homes, has worked primarily in Washington state but is now expanding into the Upstate, with home prices ranging from $695,000 to more than $1.3 million.

The two projects, Aetna Springs and Inverrary Point, sit just minutes from downtown Greenville, according to Greenville Business Magazine. Aetna Springs includes 16 home sites priced from $915,000 to more than $1.3 million, while Inverrary Point will include 35 home sites priced from $695,000 to more than $850,000. Both communities back up to green space with access to Pebble Creek Golf Course, and construction on both is already underway, with several move-in-ready models available alongside built-to-suit options still open for design.

Patrick Furman, managing broker of Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty, and Matt Nocks serve as agents of record for both subdivisions, per the magazine’s report. Furman said the two communities offer a balance of quiet neighborhood living and city convenience, while Nocks said the communities’ quality and experience are unrivaled. Greencity Homes said it believes there is significant opportunity to create value for residents in the Upstate.

Aetna Springs includes an onsite design center where buyers work one-on-one with a dedicated designer, and the magazine reports the homes feature open-concept layouts, energy-efficient construction, and designer finishes.
