GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Greenville County Animal Care is holding a free spay and neuter event to help reduce the population of community cats in the area. The Feline Fix, a free trap-neuter-return event, starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3 at the shelter on Furman Hall Road.
