Tigers Land Commitment from One of Nation’s Top D-Linemen

Clemson has landed a commitment from one of the country’s top defensive linemen in the 2025 class.

Southern Durham (N.C.) High School four-star Isaiah Campbell has committed to the Tigers, announcing the news on X(formerly Twitter).

Campbell traveled to Tiger Town for Clemson’s elite junior day on Saturday.

The 6-foot-5, 265-pounder is a top-75 national prospect according to 247Sports (No. 67) and the 247Sports Composite (No. 72). The latter ranks him as the No. 5 defensive lineman nationally and No. 4 prospect from the Tar Heel State in the 2025 class.

Clemson offered Campbell on May 31, 2023 — the day the Tigers started extending offers to class of 2025 recruits. He has been to Clemson multiple times, including for the Dabo Swinney Camp last summer and the Notre Dame game in November.

Campbell spoke to The Clemson Insider after that visit for the Notre Dame game, saying the Tigers “check all the boxes” when he’s on campus. He also said the atmosphere in Death Valley “blew his socks off” and was one of the best visits he’s ever had.
