ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said three people were arrested after severely mistreating animals. According to deputies, animal control executed a search warrant along Master Driver in Anderson and found more than 20 pets living in horrible conditions. In the living room, deputies found dogs in cages who had not been taken out and were surrounded by “trash and filth”.
