DUNCAN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing man last seen in January. According to the Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old James Harold Stoner III, was last seen leaving his house on North Lakeview Drive in Duncan at around 9:30 a.m. on January 31.
