SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Omron Automation, an automation solution provider, announced it will establish its first South Carolina operation in Spartanburg County.
The company will be located at 311 Genoble Road in Greer.
According to the South Carolina Department of Commerce, the company will invest $9.2 million, creating 162 new jobs.
“We are proud to welcome Omron Automation to South Carolina. This announcement is further proof that our state’s reputation as an advanced manufacturing powerhouse continues to attract major international companies to establish operations within our borders,” Governor Henry McMaster said.
