Warrants: Man used forged signatures, other info to obtain drugs from S.C. pharmacies

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A man is facing charges after allegedly using forged signatures and other information to get drugs from several South Carolina pharmacies. Arrest warrants obtained by WMBF News state that 28-year-old Tevin Newton faces multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and forgery. Newton is being charged by the South Carolina Bureau of Drug Control, which is a branch of DHEC.
