SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – SC Works is hosting a hiring event for the South Carolina Department of Corrections Tuesday in Spartanburg.
SCDC is looking to fill positions for correctional officers at their minimum and maximum security locations, food service specialists, nurses and mental health professionals.
SCDC is offering a $7,500 sign on bonus in addition to a full benefits package.
The event will take place on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Spartanburg SC Works center, located at 145 North Church Street in Spartanburg.
