3 arrested after nearly 200 grams of meth found in Upstate motel

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Three people were arrested after a search warrant at a Piedmont motel revealed nearly 200 grams of methamphetamine.

According to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, detectives with the narcotics investigations unit executed a search warrant at a motel along McNeely Road on Wednesday.

Detectives said when they entered the room, they found Alexandra Shidle and Branigan Mills “in a compromising position” and selling drugs while Robert Wilson was seen buying methamphetamine.

The sheriff’s office said the search warrant revealed Ziplock bags inside of a backpack, and other areas of the room, carrying more than 193 grams of meth and three grams of fentanyl.

Mills and Shidle face drug trafficking charges while Wilson is charged with distribution of meth and drugs/fentanyl.
