GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The tropics are stirring to life in the Atlantic Basin, with the season’s second tropical depression. Tropical Depression Two has formed in the central Atlantic. The storm is situated about 1,200 miles east of Barbados and the Leeward Islands, moving to the west at about 21 mph.
