Authorities are looking for the public’s help in locating an armed robbery suspect. The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office responded around 3PM Sunday, to a reported robbery at the Shell Gas Station on Easley Highway in Pelzer.
The Sheriff’s Office says the suspect went into the store with a mask on his face and held the cashier at gunpoint. The suspect then fled in his vehicle after making off with about a 1,000 dollars cash.
The suspect is described as a 6foot tall black male in his mid to late 20’s. He was seen leaving the area in a blue Nissan Sentra sedan. The robbery remains under investigation.
