SPARTANBURG, S.C. – With the 4th of July just a day away law enforcement in the Upstate is amping up their presence on the highway. The Spartanburg Police Department said they are partnering with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to focus on impaired driving awareness through education and high-visibility enforcement.
