GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina/AP) – The attorney for convicted killer Freddie Owens has reportedly decided how he will die. Owens, who has been on death row in South Carolina since 1999, asked for his attorney to make the choice between the state’s available execution methods: lethal injection, firing squad or electric chair.
