GREENVILLE, S.C. – A tropical development in the Gulf has a high chance of strengthening before impacting the Upstate later in the week. Invest-91 is in the Gulf of Mexico as of Sunday morning and has a 70% chance of strengthening into a tropical depression within the next 48 hours as it heads north.
