GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – An inmate is scheduled to be put to death on Friday more than 20 years after killing a woman on Halloween night. Irene Graves was a single mother working at the Old Speedway on Laurens Road when Freddie Owens shot and killed her. Her two children, aged 10 and 11, were home asleep.
