GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – It’s been 10 years since the death of Clemson student Tucker Hipps. Hipps, who was 19, died on Sept. 22, 2014 after a pledge run with his fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon. His body was found in the water of Lake Hartwell under the Highway 93 bridge.
