Help feed hungry at Loaves and Fishes fundraiser “Rock Out Hunger”

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – If you’re into music and helping feed the community in Greenville County experiencing food insecurity this fundraiser is for you.

Loaves & Fishes Presents the Annual Rock Out Hunger Event on Friday, September 27. The event is happening at Social Latitude at the corner of Butler Road and Woodruff Road.

Look for live performance by Greenville’s Rhythm Jab, games, axe throwing and food.

The evening of music and community will raise awareness of the over 60,000 people in Greenville County experiencing food insecurity.

Funds raised will help rescue fresh, healthy surplus food all year long and distribute it to over 110 agencies who are serving people in need in our community.

From shelters, low-income housing, and Veterans centers to Greenville County Schools, food banks, and many others, Loaves & Fishes distributes enough surplus food annually to serve over 2 million meals.
