Design plans have been unveiled for a new mixed-use hotel in Greenville’s West End. The hotel, which has yet to be named, will rise four stories above the intersection of Pendleton, South Main and Vardry streets. It will be developed by two North Carolina-based real estate developers: Beauxwright and Wintergreen Hospitality.
