HOMELAND PARK, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A man accused of murder is expected to appear in court Tuesday morning to ask a judge for immunity. On March 11, 2023, the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said a fight broke out between Matthew Richey and another person. Things escalated and the other person was shot and killed.
