PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — One person is dead after a motorcycle crash occurred Monday night.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on US 123 near Five Forks Road around 8:25 p.m.
Officials said a motorcyclist was traveling on the roadway when the motorcycle went off the right side of the road and hit a guardrail.
The motorcyclist died at the scene.
The coroner’s office has not yet shared the identity of the individual that died.
