SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said a pedestrian was hit and killed in Spartanburg early Monday morning. According to troopers, around 5:54 a.m., the pedestrian was walking in the road along Highway 29 when a Chevy SUV hit them. The pedestrian passed away on scene.
