One killed in Greenville County wreck

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – One person was killed Friday night in a Greenville County wreck.

According to the state Highway Patrol, at around 7:37 p.m. two truckers were driving on north on Farris Bridge Road near North Harbor Drive when one made a stop to turn left, and was hit from behind by the other.

According to the highway patrol, the second truck also went off the road and overturned.

According to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, Paul Wyman Garrett II, of Easley, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The wreck remains under investigation by highway patrol.
