SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) – Papa’s Breakfast Nook, a 24-hour restaurant in Spartanburg, has closed after over three decades of service.
The restaurant located at East Saint John Street announced on its Facebook page that the closure is due to the owner, Steven Wilson, making the decision to retire after 35 years of service.
“Thank you, Spartanburg for 35 wonderful years!” Wilson said. “It’s time to retire.”
Wilson also mentioned in the Facebook post that he is planning to lease the restaurant.
