GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WCYB) – To help those affected by the flooding FEMA leaders decided to open recovery centers around our region. We opened three disaster recovery centers here in the region, the first one was in Erwin, the second one was here in Greenville and the third one in Morristown, said FEMA Representative Rick Brewer.
