Table 301 Restaurant Group has changed its name to Table 301 Hospitality. The business first opened with Soby’s New South Cuisine in 1997. Over the years, the group has grown to include more than restaurants. Its founder, Carl Sobocinski, felt a name change would better represent its focus on the community.
