New affordable townhomes are now on the market in Greer’s Sunnyside community. Fairview Townhomes are located on East Fairview Avenue and target families earning 80% of the area’s median income or below. The project’s first phase consists of three buildings with 14 units. Each townhome includes three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a garage.
