ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Anderson Co. deputies said Saturday they found a man who went missing this morning between 9-10 a.m. Jasper Youngblood, 59, was last seen on foot heading to Walmart on 28, deputies explained. This evening, deputies confirmed they found Youngblood safe.
