Easley, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The City of Easley is discussing plans to extend the moratorium on new developments that was implemented over the summer. On Monday night, Easley City Council will discuss suspending the acceptance of new zoning approvals, development, construction permits and other action for six more months.
