GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – A new project in Greenville County will soon bring solar energy to a 400-acre property that is currently unused.
“If you look around, we have not had a car pass. We [are] out here, where nobody will know it’s here,” Vice Chairman, Rick Bradley said. “Greenville County goes from $800 a year in property taxes to over $200,000. You don’t have to prove infrastructure, don’t have any more traffic. It just sits there and generates money. I don’t know how you could beat that.”
