GRAY COURT, S.C. (WSPA) – Army veteran Whitney Gibson was an athlete growing up.
“I got, basically recruited to go wrestle and West Point was one of the schools that offered me to go,” Gibson told 7NEWS. “And so I pursued that and once I got into West Point, then the military kind of followed.”
He had his sights on medical school but Gibson said he wasn’t in the top percent of his class.
