SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Wellford Police Department provided an update Thursday morning regarding an ‘explosive sound’ that was widely heard.
Police said multiple fire departments were on the scene Wednesday evening searching for what may have caused the sound. No findings were reported that day.
