NASCAR driver visits Upstate children’s hospital

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – NASCAR Cup Series driver Chase Briscoe visited the Shriners Children’s Hospital in Greenville.

The 2024 Cook Out Southern 500 winner took part in activities with the children including a NASCAR show and tell, autograph session and photo opportunities.

The children also received Darlington Raceway-themed gifts.

“I have a three-and-a-half-year-old and five-month-old twins so kids are a very special part of my life,” Briscoe said. “Even before I had kids myself, I always also enjoyed being around kids. It’s just the joy they bring me. Kids are so innocent, so full of fun all the time.”…
